Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, breach or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by SAMYA Institute of Arbitration LLP in accordance with its Arbitration Rules for the time being in force, which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause. The tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, India, and the language of the proceedings shall be English. Hearings and meetings may be held by video conference or other electronic means. This clause shall be governed by the laws of India.
